Kirsten's flag: dimensions please?

I am going to try to make a 31 star flag for Kirsten. If anyone has one, would you send me the overall length and width, and also the length and width of the blue section? Much appreciated!

Kirsten's flag is 2" on the short side and 3 3/8" on the long side. The blue section is 1 3/4" by 1 1/8".
